Rain areas, showers and thunderstorms will enter & develop in the SEQ region Wednesday 29th of September 2021. Some may become severe particularly in the west. The risk of severe thunderstorms will start to increase further on Thursday 30th September & Friday 1st of October for most of Southeast Queensland including right through to the coast particularly on Friday. Severe thunderstorms may produce damaging to destructive winds, large to giant hail & very heavy rainfall.
