TC Seth is currently a category 1 tropical cyclone. It is likely to develop into a sub tropical low pressure system and move towards the SEQ coast. Computer weather models are forecasting the remaining low to cross the southeast Queensland coast around mid to late this week. How much rain and wind SEQ receives will depend on the strength of the low when it crosses the coast. This is still fluctuating between computer weather model runs hopefully a much stronger consensus evolves over the next few days.
