Its little wonder why there are so many areas flooding and flood warnings in place with big falls of rain over a widespread area in SEQ. Mount Glorious has received over 540mm+ and Lockyer Valley between 200-300mm+ over the last 72 hours. A lot of areas have received intense rainfall 100mm/1hr. The intense rain band should expand further south over the next several hours.
