Winds have really increased during the last half hour in SEQ. BOM now have added damaging winds to severe weather warning mainly for coastal areas. Also heard some thunder. Coastal trough is likely strengthening and may develop into a low. Gold Coast, Logan and NE NSW copping the brunt of the rainfall now.
